D'Angelico Excel EXL-1 Style B Dark Iced Tea Burst

Modeled after the first D'Angelico archtops developed in the 1930s, the Style B offers a woody, old-school tone and a timeless aesthetic. Often seen as an aftermarket addition to originally acoustic D'Angelicos from the late 30s and 40s, the DeArmond Rhythm Chief single-coil pickup returns to provide an exceptionally balanced and rich tone. Drawing inspiration from several of John D'Angelico's ever-evolving archtop iterations, the new Style B features diamond-shaped f-holes, a Throwback headstock, and with only twenty frets and a 24.75" scale length, the Style B's unique formula delivers the same warm tone as the non-cutaway models of the 1930s.
